I make portable ham radio gear. Stuff you can throw in a bag and take to a summit, a park, or just the backyard.
What I'm building right now.
Hey, I'm Ellie. EllieRF is my LLC where I design and build amateur radio stuff. It's just me right now, doing the circuits, the firmware, all of it. I'm trying to make gear that I'd actually want to use on the air.
I started this because I wanted ham stuff that is simple, portable, and fun. Just stuff that works well and gets out of the way so you can operate.
Everything is still pretty early, but it's getting there. If you're into portable ops or HF or whatever, say hi.
Some stuff people ask about.

Not yet. Everything is still in development, but getting close. Check the products page for current status.
Yeah, but only the firmware is open source. You can read it, fork it, change it, contribute back, whatever you want.
